In June 2022 I hosted an N26 Tech meetup at our Berlin office covering how the stack had evolved since the last public architecture write-up in 2018 — Kotlin as the default JVM language, Kubernetes replacing Nomad, Kafka for async decoupling, and what it actually feels like to run continuous deployment in a licensed bank.
The session was aimed at local engineers considering fintech roles and at teammates who wanted the wide-angle view of platform decisions. I later turned much of the same material into Engineering at N26 on InsideN26.
The Meetup event page is no longer listed publicly; the N26 Tech Berlin group hosts the ongoing Talk26 series.
