Conference sessions, meetups, and community talks — from Kafka and Flink at N26 to career panels in Barcelona and Berlin. Full profile on Sessionize.

Booking

Everything a programme committee needs to list a session: the four subjects I speak on, the formats I have done them in, and a bio you can paste.

What I speak on

  • Stream processing and event-driven architecture

Apache Flink and Kafka in production — stateful jobs, the outbox pattern, and what it takes to operate them inside a licensed bank.

  • Fraud prevention in regulated fintech

Replacing a static rule engine with a real-time streaming pipeline at N26, and the latency budget that decision has to fit into.

  • Energy infrastructure as an engineering domain

Swiss local energy communities: metering data on someone else's schedule, allocation on fifteen-minute intervals, and an invoice with legal consequences.

  • The shape of an engineering career

The path to staff and principal level, non-traditional routes into the work, and leading platform teams without becoming a bottleneck.

Formats

  • Conference session
  • Meetup talk
  • Panel
  • Community / TEDx talk
